About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders and data entry
Tracing frames, including:
Metal
Shell
Nylon
Rimless
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
Tracking and following up orders
Picking stock lenses
Receiving and unpacking orders
Scanning and matching orders
Preparing and dispatching completed orders
Providing technical support and product guidance to industry professionals
Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
About You
Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, or relevant optical industry experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Confidence working with technical optical information
A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
