Truck & ShovelTransport to and from Middlemount to site provided (Company vehicle)Leading and supervising production crews to meet daily safety and production targetsPromoting and enforcing the Site Safety Health Management System, and all statutory requirementsWhat You Will NeedEquipment operating experience minimum 5 years' experience in coalCurrent Standard 11 and Mining Supervisor competencies (G1, G2, G8, G9)Proven leadership experience in an open-cut mining environment (3-5 years' experience)Flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changeWhat's in it for you?
