About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see.
You'll provide outstanding service while helping keep the restaurant running smoothly.
The role also includes preparing our front-of-house fried menu items using commercial deep fryers, so confidence working safely in a kitchen workplace (or a willingness to learn) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitudeTake customer orders and pack meals accuratelyPrepare front-of-house display and menu items using the deep fryerSupport the team to maintain efficient service during busy periodsKeep counters, dining areas,



and customer spaces clean and well presentedFollow food safety and Workplace Health & Safety procedures at all timesWork collaboratively with the kitchen and other front-of-house team members
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
A positive attitude and a strong work ethicA willingness to learn and follow established proceduresGreat attention to detail and pride in producing quality workThe ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environmentA team-first mindset with respectful communication skillsAvailability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekendsPrevious fast food or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
