Site Supervisor / Project Manager JoineryKartel Cabinets is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Project Manager Joinery & Shopfitting to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a strategic position based in Boondall QLD ****, where you will oversee joinery projects from conception through to completion.
As Site Supervisor / Project Manager Joinery, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of in office operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the cabinet making industry and directly impacts client satisfaction and business growth.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site joinery work, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standardsManage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveryLiaise between clients, design teams and on-site staff to ensure clear communication and project alignmentConduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues promptlyEnsure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policiesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role within, cabinet making, joinery or shopfitting industryProven hands-on capability when requiredStrong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and industry best practicesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal,
