We're now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Mackay team and be part of the next growth phase.About the RoleThis role is ideal for a confident, people-focused sales driven person who enjoys building relationships and growing a customer base.
You'll manage existing customers while actively developing new business through face-to-face visits, phone, and email.Once product knowledge and customer service capability are demonstrated,
the role will include onsite customer visits and proactive new business development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our existing customer baseIdentify and develop new sales opportunitiesPromote and sell safety products & site supplies, signage and workwearConduct face-to-face on-site customer visitsFollow up enquiries and provide solutionsSkills & ExperienceSales experience preferredConfident communicator with strong customer service skillsComfortable with cold calling and new business developmentHighly organised with good time managementPositive, energetic, and customer-first attitudeAbility to quickly learn and retain product knowledgeRequirementsAvailable for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm)Current Queensland Driver's Licence with a good driving recordPunctual, honest, and reliableWell presentedConfident communicating face-to-face, by phone, and emailForklift licence advantageous but not essentialNeed to be a outstanding team player and have a team player mindset.What's On OfferCompanyvehicle, mobile phone, and laptop providedStable role with a well-established family-owned businessSupportive team environmentOpportunity to grow with a long-standing Queensland company
