Project Manager - 12-Month Contract | Sydney | $1,100-$1,150/day + GST
I'm partnering with a leading Australian enterprise to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support a major transformation.
This program is driving the transition to an offer- and order-based retailing model and requires a delivery-focused Project Manager who can lead complex initiatives across business and technology, coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors and delivery streams.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, governance, dependency management, reporting and execution.
Working across Technology, Digital, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Loyalty and external delivery partners, you'll ensure projects remain on track while managing scope, budgets, risks, change and operational readiness.
This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to deliver in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology projects, managing scope, schedule, governance, budgets, reporting and delivery milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology and external vendors, ensuring dependencies, environments, testing,



deployment and business readiness activities are aligned.
Manage project risks, issues, change control and executive reporting while maintaining delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate governance forums, project workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive decision-making and successful delivery outcomes.
What We're Looking For
10+ years' experience delivering complex technology, digital or business transformation projects as a Project Manager.
Robust experience with project planning, governance, stakeholder management, dependency management and executive reporting.
Proven experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Experience working within multi-vendor or systems integrator delivery environments.
Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (or equivalent) and Excel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex enterprise environments.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, with 3 days a week in the office and flexibility to work from home twice a week.
