You'll work closely alongside our Group Operations Manager, leading from the front, delivering exceptional service and helping create unforgettable experiences for every client.What the Role Really Looks LikeThis isn't a Monday to Friday desk job.You'll spend your days transforming event spaces, leading teams through service, serving food and beverages, solving problems on the fly, capturing content from incredible events and doing whatever it takes to deliver exceptional experiences.If you're looking for a role where every day looks the same, this probably isn't it.If you get genuine satisfaction from transforming an empty room into an unforgettable event, celebrating with clients at the end of a successful function, and coming back the next day ready to do it all again,
