You'll be designing solutions that translate complex technical rating rules into intuitive, accessible user experiences — working within an established Figma design system (built on Salesforce Lightning Design System principles).
Key responsibilitiesParticipate in agile design sprints - research, prototyping, testing, iterationIncorporate technical rating rules requirements into design solutionsBuild low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes within the existing Figma design systemEnsure designs meet inclusive design and web accessibility standardsConduct user testing and iterate based on findingsWrite functional user stories in Jira for the dev teamPartner with the Design Manager on research strategy and executionSynthesise research into insights,
