What You'll Be Doing
Owning the roadmap and ongoing improvement of the Genesys CCaaS platform




Working closely with contact centre and customer facing teams to understand needs
Managing platform requirements, prioritisation, and scope end to endCoordinating testing, releases, and communication around platform changes
Partnering with technology and business stakeholders on platform direction
Managing supplier performance where relevant to the platform
What We're Looking For
Genuine, hands on experience with the Genesys CCaaS platform
Experience owning a customer facing or contact centre platform end to end
Comfortable working in a regulated, structured setting
Strong stakeholder communication, particularly with non technical business leaders
