Key responsibilities include:Assisting with leasing processes,



from advertising to applicationAttending open homes and conducting routine inspectionsCompleting entry and exit condition reportsProviding updates and feedback to the Senior Property ManagerHelping with property management administration and client supportWhat We're Looking For:We're after someone who's proactive, presentable, and eager to grow.
The right person will bring:A strong work ethic and willingness to learnConfident communication and great customer service skillsFull-time availability (Tuesday to Saturday)A current QLD driver's licenseFull working rights in AustraliaQLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Licence)12+ months of industry experience is highly desirable but not essentialWe're looking for someone who aligns with our values ofWinning, Inclusivity, Integrity & Sustainability.
