About The RoleYou will be a strategic business partner, analysing data, trends and developing insights to enable business leaders to make well-informed commercial decisions.
You thrive on working with the business in decision support to achieve financial and non-financial targets and managing business and market challenges.
This role's key business partners are Product Line (Category) and Sales, across Australia and Current Zealand.What You'll DoPartnering and support of the business - Product Line (Category) and Sales, across Australia and New Zealand, to deliver results, growth and to strategyPerformance management, commentary, analysis and insights to identify risks and opportunities across your responsible Product Lines/Category, partnering with the business to address and manage R&OsMonthly; forecasting cycles, including challenging and influencing optimisation of trade spend (promotional funding) through data and insightsAnalysis and review to support business decisions, which could include although not limited to, setting target product group margins, promotional funding, above and beyond retailer funding,



new product development and other business initiativesDrive continuous process improvements and enhancements across the Finance team and the organisation, to drive effectiveness and efficiencySupport on changes in product costs and pricing, and queries from regional and Group teamsPartnering with offshore support teams including the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, the Senior Category Analyst and wider ANZ Finance team, to drive best practice and processesWho You AreAgile - Both reactive and proactive, you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver resultsAnalytical - With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-makingCollaborative - You ask and you listen, you take ideas on board and work with your team, taking everyone in the same directionInfluential - You get to know your stuff and can articulate it well, building a case that is sound and that people can buy intoA problem-solver - You see challenge as opportunity.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired5 years+ of experience in business partnering roles including analysis, planning/forecasting, reporting, pricing, projects and broader commercial finance responsibilitiesDegree in Business/Commerce or similar,



or a proven track record of strong performance in Finance rolesCPA or CA qualification (or working towards it)Strong communication skills with ability to build good working relationships with all business partners across the organizationProficient in Excel and ability to learn new reporting systems and toolsProactive, agile and a growth mindsetPreferredConsumer goods and/or FMCG industry experience, or experience in product-based organisationsWhy work for Electrolux?
