About the role:The Residential Support Supervisor position is a casual role with shifts varying throughout the week.
This position is based out of our Caloundra House facility.
We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable working predominantly sleepover shifts.As Residential Support Supervisor, responsibilities:you will be responsible for the support and provision of services for all residents with varying needs and levels of support requirements.Some duties include:Welfare checksPreparing and organising breakfast/lunch/dinner for residentsAdministering medicationDocumenting any and all notes for handover purposesDealing with high pressure & emergency situationsSupporting ***** residents with any assistance they requireCleaning and maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areasAbout you:Comfortable working within a level III Supported Accommodation environmentPrevious experience working in a quick‐paced environmentCurrent first aid certificate or ability to obtainExperience in working with people coming from different backgrounds and lifestyle challengesCurrent national police clearance certificate or yellow card (or ability to obtain)Must be able to work sleepover shiftsAbout the organisation:Caloundra House is the Sunshine Coasts premier level III supported accommodation facility providing a safe, stable and dynamic community environment for individuals with varying levels of support needs.
