About the Role
As an Urgent Care RN, you will play a key role in delivering protected, high-quality and patient-centred care within a supportive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing clinical triage and patient assessmentsIdentifying and escalating patient deterioration where requiredDelivering front-line nursing and procedural careAssisting with treatment room procedures and acute presentationsCollaborating closely with medical practitioners and the wider clinical teamProviding compassionate and professional patient careMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentationSupporting a safe and positive workplace culture
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, hands-on care, teamwork, and working within an evolving and growing healthcare model.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years nursing experienceExperience in one or more of the following:Emergency DepartmentTriageICU/CCURural or Remote NursingStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to recognise and escalConfidence working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary teamA genuine passion for patient-centred care
