What You'll Be Doing
Learn every stage of the customer vehicle purchasing journey.
Assist customers with vehicle enquiries and provide exceptional service.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives once trained.
Develop expert knowledge of Toyota's vehicle range and technology.
Build lasting customer relationships through proactive follow-up.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Deliver an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
What We're Looking For
No previous automotive sales experience required – full training provided.
Passion for customer service and helping people.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team workplace.
Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail.
Current Australian Driver Licence (manual preferred).
Queensland Motor Salesperson Licence (or willingness to obtain).
