We are looking fora Litigation lawyer with at least 2 years PAE to work within a larger litigation team acting on a broad range of very interesting and complex litigation matters.About the RoleServe as the primary point of contact for clients, managing matters from inception through to resolution.Advise and act for clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and business disputes, insurance litigation, construction and building disputes, debt recovery, and enforcement proceedings.Advise on and manage insolvency matters, including voluntary administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies (this is not an essential skill but would be useful).
Prepare all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences as required.
Briefing counsel where appropriate.Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies,
