Our purpose-built facility, established in August ****, is dedicated to nurturing children's development through the Montessori philosophy.
We cater to children aged 6 months to school age across our Nido, Infant, and Children's House communities.Our Centre fosters a supportive, collaborative work workplace and operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and a two-week closure over Christmas/New Year.Position OverviewWe are seeking Assistant Educators to join our Infant Community (15 months to 3-years-olds) in a part‐time position requiring availability Monday to Friday between 11:00 am and 5:30 pm.About YouWe want educators who see early childhood education as a calling, not just a job.

and build meaningful connections with families and colleagues.RequirementsMinimum 12 months' experience in the early childhood education sectorDiploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or commenced Cert III and considered actively working towards)Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)Ability to work 5 days a week within our operating hoursGenuine passion for children's learning and wellbeingMontessori knowledge or experience (preferred but not essential as you will be provided on‐job Montessori pedagogy training)ResponsibilitiesSupporting children's independence, concentration, and love of learning through a carefully prepared environmentBuilding respectful and trusting relationships with children, families, and the teamActively engaging with and supervising children during both indoor and outdoor programsSupporting programs and experiences in line with the Montessori philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning spaceWhy Join Us?
