They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service skilled to join their team for an immediate start.
This is a casual role based at their Pinkenba office, with a view to permanency.
The role is Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm.What you will Bring:Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacityHandle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mailBuild rapport & maintain relationships with customersCo-ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teamsAssist with continuous improvement projectsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within t=the Warehouse/Logistics IndustryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing tailored solutionsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using CRM and other business software, preferably SAPA positive, enthusiastic and resilient attitude
