As a not-for-profit aged care provider, we're able to invest in providing an exceptional experience to our clients as well as support and develop our frontline staff to achieve this.The Role:Part-Time Care Service Employees – Night ShiftsSouth Coogee Facility, NSWWe are seeking dedicated Part-Time Care Service Employees to join our team at our South Coogee facility, working across consistent overnight shifts throughout the week.Available Night Shift Rosters:Sunday to Wednesday: *********** (64 hours per fortnight)Thursday to Saturday: *********** (48 hours per fortnight)You will be responsible for:Assisting residents with personal care including showeringSupporting residents with mealsContributing to care planning with registered staffDocumenting care and services provided to residentsEngaging residents in meaningful activitiesRequirementsCertificate III in Aged Care / Individual SupportMinimum 12 months experience working in an Aged Care FacilityFull time work rights - NO STUDENT VISAAbility to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support servicesAbility to provide quality care and support to frail aged peopleSound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.Southern Cross Perks!
