plant, equipment, subcontractors, and materials across multiple work frontsManage project costs, resources, and schedules to meet client expectationsDevelop scopes of work, project plans, and support successful project deliveryEnsure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and relevant legislationLiaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationshipsFoster and promote a culture of Zero HarmIt would be great if you also have:Relevant Civil Construction qualification or Trade Certificate (highly desirable)Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the civil construction industryStrong knowledge of civil construction practices, project delivery, and workforce coordinationExperience managing civil works such as earthworks, concrete, drainage, roadworks, or infrastructure projectsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookA proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
