Brisbane CBD Fringe | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working (3 days onsite)Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to join a large-scale cyber security transformation program within a major Queensland organisation.This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of Queensland's most significant cyber security initiatives, supporting the successful adoption of a multi-year program designed to strengthen cyber resilience, improve security capabilities and deliver long-term business outcomes.About the RoleWorking as part of a high-performing Cyber Security Program, you will lead organisational change management activities across multiple cyber initiatives, ensuring people impacts are effectively managed and business readiness is achieved.You will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, technical specialists and business stakeholders to develop and implement change strategies that drive successful adoption of new technologies,



processes and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Change Management StrategiesPrepare stakeholder engagement and communication plansLead business readiness and organisational impact assessmentsDevelop training and learning strategiesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsIdentify and manage change risks throughout project deliveryMeasure change adoption, business readiness and benefits realisationPartner with senior leaders and project teams to embed sustainable change outcomesAbout YouYou will be an experienced Change Manager with a solid background delivering enterprise-wide change within complex technology environments.You will demonstrate:10+ years' experience delivering organisational change management in large, complex organisationsPrevious experience supporting Cyber Security or technology transformation programsStrong understanding of cyber security concepts and the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly communicationsExperience developing change strategies, communication plans, training approaches and stakeholder engagement plansStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across executive, operational and technical audiencesExperience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similarDesirable experience includes working within utilities, critical infrastructure or other highly regulated environments
