We offer competitive salaries and benefit packages and constantly offer opportunities for professional growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations to achieve project milestones and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate project activities to meet quality, time, and cost objectives in line with contractual requirementsConduct quality and safety inspections in accordance with company and legislative requirementsCoordinate materials, equipment, and labour requirementsReview project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve issuesLiaise with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors,



and stakeholdersManage and report safety matters in line with WHS obligations and company policiesResolve site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.About you:Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the construction industryAbility to interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and drawingsValid driver's licence.Current SafeWork NSW White Card or recognised interstate White CardStrong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilitiesStrong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProfessional presentation and a positive attitudeAbility to delegate tasks and provide transparent direction to teamsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesSafety-focused with the ability to follow and promote company WHS policies and procedures.
