With a strong reputation for execution and reliability, they partner with builders and developers to deliver complex metalwork packages across commercial construction projects.The Role:This is a critical delivery role, owning projects from award through to completion — coordinating internal production, managing client relationships, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
You'll need a strong understanding of construction and manufacturing processes, and the confidence to interpret drawings, manage budgets, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneouslyDevelop and maintain project programs, budgets, and resource plansInterpret drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate project executionLiaise with clients, builders, site supervisors, and internal production teamsCoordinate procurement, fabrication, finishing, and installation activitiesMonitor project performance against budgets, timelines, and forecast metricsIdentify risks, delays, or cost impacts and take corrective action earlyMaintain accurate project reporting, documentation,
