Idea 11 is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, taking ownership of customer outcomes, and building their expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security technologies.You'll operate as a key technical escalation point, supporting a range of customer environments while working closely with senior engineers to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.What You'll Be DoingResolving cloud, infrastructure, networking, and platform issuesOwning tickets through to resolution while maintaining robust customer communicationParticipating in incident investigations and root cause analysisPerforming scheduled maintenance and proactive system improvementsWorking directly with customers on technical issues and escalationsContributing to projects, migrations, and platform improvementsMaintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articlesAssisting with technical reviews and operational improvement initiativesOur Core Technology StackAWSMicrosoft AzureWindows & Linux Operating SystemsActive Directory & Entra IDVMware / Hyper‐VMicrosoft 365Networking and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti)Backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam,
