ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Part-Time Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Bendigo, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
You'll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values outstanding service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.
Please note this role is working 12.5 hours per week.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealing
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
ABOUT YOU
Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!
Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods




You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
