You'll work alongside talented people from diverse backgrounds, tackling complex challenges across the Public and Defence & Infrastructure sectors, and going as deep as it takes to make a real impact for our clients.As a Consultant, you'll build the fundamentals of consulting and the Newton methodology – working hand-in-hand with clients to analyse data, identify opportunities, and support the delivery of workstreams under the guidance of more senior team members.The roleThe role is incredibly varied but would typically cover, but not be limited to:Working within a small team of consultants, analysing data and mapping processes to identify opportunities for operational improvementSupporting the design and delivery of a workstream, under the guidance of senior colleagues, ensuring alignment to client outcomes and programme goalsWorking on site in different Australia locations, day to day with client counterparts to review progress, problem-solve and support performance improvement, while building lasting client capability.Supporting the creation of clear,
