Priorknowledge of Vulcan and Leapfrog is essential.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage technical teams to deliverprojects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standardsAct as the primary technical point of contact forproject stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teamsOversee application and systems analysis acrossCOTS, bespoke, and SaaS platformsEnsure effective design and implementation of systeminterfaces, data flows,



and integrationsProvide direction on solution architecture,environments, and deployment strategiesEnsure solutions align with cybersecurityfundamentals and IT governance standardsMandatory skills:Knowledge of technical applications such as Vulcan and LeapfrogExperience in application and systems analysis,including:Bespoke/custom applicationsSaaS platformsProven experience in managing and leadingtechnical teamsExperience coordinating with businessstakeholders, vendors, and delivery partnersStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of IT infrastructure (includingnetworks, servers, cloud platforms and end-user endpoints)Robust understanding of data flows and systemintegrations (APIs and middleware technologies)Familiarity with vendor technologies andsolution architectures
