Flexible working arrangements are available to suit your lifestyle, with the option to work 5 days per week during school hours (including 2 days working from home) or 3 full days per week (including 1 day working from home).
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of consumer and commercial finance accounts to deliver positive customer and business outcomes while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Early Stage DutiesNegotiate and monitor payment arrangementsIdentify hardship situations and apply appropriate solutionsHandle customer enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalismMaintain accurate records in line with policy, process,



and compliance standardsLate Stage DutiesEngage with customers to understand non-payment reasons and negotiate suitable outcomesMonitor repayment arrangements and follow up on broken commitmentsAssess hardship indicators and apply appropriate solutions in line with policySupport repossession and recovery escalation processes where requiredContribute to arrears reduction, portfolio performance, and customer outcomesSkills and Experience:Experience within collections, recoveries, or hardship, ideally in finance, banking, telco, or credit card environmentsAbility to manage difficult conversations professionally and empatheticallyHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of hardship, vulnerability, and responsible collection practicesUnderstanding of relevant legislation such as NCCP, Privacy Act, and ASIC guidelinesHybrid work options6-monthly performance-based bonusGenuine career opportunities, career development and internal progressionModern offices with on-site parking and an inclusive workplace environmentTraining and compliance support to help you succeed in your roleThis role is ideal for an experienced Collections professional who wants to continue working while enjoying greater flexibility.
