You will ensure full compliance with NHVL requirements while embedding consistent safety, risk, and compliance practices across all sites, regions, and transport providers.Key responsibilities include:Leading the development, implementation, and governance of CoR frameworks nationallyEnsuring consistent application of NHVL requirements across all sites and regionsDeveloping and maintaining national CoR policies, procedures, and standardsConducting audits and assurance activities across multiple sites and transport providersMonitoring legislative changes and ensuring ongoing complianceIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating transport-related risksMaintaining national risk registers and control frameworksLeading investigations into incidents, breaches,



and near missesDriving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actionsUplifting CoR maturity and driving continuous improvement initiativesEstablishing national standards for transport provider compliance and onboardingEnsuring all carriers and subcontractors meet CoR obligationsPartnering with site operations and providers to embed CoR into daily operationsProviding expert advice on compliance risks in operational decision-makingDeveloping and delivering national CoR training programsBuilding capability and awareness across the businessCoaching leaders and operational teams on compliance responsibilitiesChampioning a strong safety-first culture aligned with WHS and AOS frameworksWhat Experience and Education You Need5-7 years' experience in transport, logistics, or safety/compliance rolesDemonstrated experience managing CoR compliance in a multi-site or national environmentStrong knowledge of NHVR / NHVL requirementsExperience in 3PL, cold chain, or FMCG logistics (highly desirable)Proven experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance frameworksStrong data analysis and reporting capabilityQualification in Logistics, Safety, or related fieldCoR / NHVR compliance trainingICAM or similar incident investigation certificationWhat We OfferAt Americold, we recognise that our people are critical to our success.
