You'll play a hands‐on role in delivering digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and content creation, while also supporting events, collateral, and day-to-day marketing activity to ensure solid engagement and results.Your DutiesPlay a key role in building brand awareness by creating engaging campaigns, content, and social media storytelling that drives connection with customersDeliver and optimise digital marketing activity across social, email, CRM, websites, and SEM/SEO to boost lead generation and enquiry conversionTake ownership of CRM platforms to manage campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance reportingWork closely with media and creative agencies, as well as internal teams,



to bring campaigns and strategies to lifeUse data, insights, and competitor research to track performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve resultsSupport broader marketing activity, including events, collateral, budgets, and day-to-day campaign delivery across the businessWhat We're Looking For4+ years Marketing experience in Real Estate or PropertyDemonstrated experience creating and implementing effective social media and communications strategies for business purposesPast success in email campaigns, CRM, websites optimisation, and SEM/SEOTertiary qualification(s) in communications, marketing or related discipline preferredBe eager, motivated and someone who loves coming up with ideas & implementingWhats in it for youOur client invests in their employees and encourages career progressionGenerous Salary Package!
