The Role:An exciting opportunity exists for a Production Estimator to join a collaborative Estimating team supporting the Construction and Pre-Construction functions of the business.
Reporting to the Estimating Team Leader, you will play a key role in preparing accurate production estimates, project work orders, procurement coordination and cost control across a high-volume residential pipeline.
Responsibilities include preparing BOQs and work orders, managing supplier and subcontractor pricing, ensuring estimates are accurate and complete prior to issue to construction, processing site variations and invoices, maintaining estimating databases and systems, and assisting with workflow management across the Production Estimating function.




The role will also involve contributing to process improvements, maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting ongoing product development initiatives.
About You:You will have previous experience in Production Estimating within the residential construction industry, ideally within a project or volume home builder.
You possess strong technical knowledge of residential construction methods, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
You are organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers, trades and internal stakeholders.
Experience using estimating software and business systems such as Databuild, Buildsoft or similar will be highly regarded.
A tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, Business or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
