As a Support Property Manager with Belle Property Hunter Region, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily management of a small well maintained portfolio together with a Senior Manager located in our East Maitland office .
Your energy, drive and passion will ensure that you excel and continue to grow in this expanding role with further growth opportunities available.What you'll be doingWorking in a POD managing and maintaining a small portfolio of residential propertiesGaining hands on training and support helping you expand your knowledge baseLiaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to attend to any property-related issuesConducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintainedHandling tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collectionAddressing tenant enquiries and resolving any disputes in a timely and professional mannerCoordinating property maintenance and repairs, including the supervision of contractorsEnsuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations,
