What You'll Be Responsible For
You will take full control of our service division and scale it.
Lead and grow a team of 20+ service plumbers
Drive daily KPI performance across:
Sold hours
Job profitability
Average ticket
Callback rate
Customer satisfaction
Review performance daily and take immediate action
Work closely with dispatch and leadership
Step into complex jobs and lead by example
Train and develop technicians into top performers
Enforce systems, processes, and accountability
Ensure all work meets Australian Standards
What Success Looks Like

Solid revenue per tech per day
Callback rate under 3%
Consistent 5-star feedback
A disciplined, high-performing team
Systems that are tight and scalable

Minimum Requirements
NSW Plumbing Licence (Drainage, Gas, LP Gas preferred)
10+ years residential maintenance experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Proven experience quoting and selling
Leadership experience
Strong communication skills
NSW Driver's Licence
