Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming patients and familiesManaging phone calls, emails and patient enquiriesScheduling and coordinating appointmentsProcessing payments and patient accountsManaging routine patient communicationsMaintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practiceAssisting with administrative tasks and helping the team wherever requiredOn work-from-home days,



you will manage patient enquiries, appointment coordination, follow‐up, accounts and routine administrative workflowsCandidate Qualities:You are an experienced dental receptionist who is reliable, organised and comfortable managing competing priorities.
You follow tasks through to completion, communicate clearly and are able to work increasingly independently once trainedRoster:Permanent | 5 Days Per WeekMonday (Work From Home): 9:00am – 5:00pmTuesday: Alternates between:Clinical day: 9:30am – 6:00pmAdministrative day: 9:00am – 5:00pmWednesday: Alternates between:Clinical day: 9:30am – 6:00pmAdministrative day: 9:00am – 5:00pmThursday: 9:30am – 6:00pmFriday (Work From Home): 9:00am – 5:00pmWork-from-home days will commence once training and autonomy across processes has been achieved.
