As the scaffolding division continues to expand, we're looking for a driven, relationship‐focused Business Development Manager to help take the business to the next level.This role offers a genuine career pathway — starting with residential and small commercial projects and progressing into larger commercial and infrastructure work as your capability grows.
You will manage the sales process end‐to‐end, working closely with Operations and Accounts to ensure seamless project delivery.About the RoleOutbound business development, cold calling and proactive prospectingIdentifying opportunities across residential, small commercial and light‐infrastructure sectorsBuilding and managing a qualified sales pipelineManaging inbound leads from marketing and referralsConducting site visits, reviewing plans and recommending scaffolding solutionsPreparing and following up quotes,



negotiating and closing opportunitiesMaintaining robust relationships with existing clientsKeeping CRM data accurate and up to dateCollaborating with Operations and Accounts and contributing to weekly pipeline reviewsAbout YouYou are commercially minded, results‐driven and confident engaging with builders, subcontractors and site personnel.
