Help customers bring their new build vision to life in one of South East Queensland's fastest growing corridors.The opportunityThis is more than a sales role.
It is your opportunity to be a trusted adviser for customers as they navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, choosing and designing a brand new home.Based across our displays in the Spring Mountain and Ripley corridor, you will:Welcome and qualify visitors at our display homes and convert enquiries into committed buyersLeverage your local area knowledge to identify opportunities and attract qualified buyersBuild strong, ongoing relationships that drive repeat and referral businessRepresent a brand known for quality, innovation, sustainability and heartYou will not simply wait for foot traffic.
You will actively engage with the community, local partners and your CRM pipeline to create opportunities and deliver results.What you will doIn this role you will:Guide customers through the full new build journey, from selecting a design through to contractUse our CRM to diligently manage leads, track activity and maintain a high follow up rhythmStay informed on local estate releases,



council requirements and market trends across the Ripley corridor and surrounding suburbsPrepare and present tailored build solutions aligned with customer needs and budgetsMaintain a high standard of presentation across display homes and sales officeContribute to local area marketing initiatives and community events to promote the Plantation Homes brandThis is a full time role, including weekend work, with two consecutive days off during the week (Tues & Wed).
About youYou are a self starter who enjoys being in front of customers and staying in control of your sales pipeline.
