What you'll do
Welcome and qualify visitors to the display home




Help customers choose the ideal home from Clarendon's complete portfolio of designs
Guide customers through the design, pricing and home-building journey
Generate and manage your own pipeline of opportunities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to contract
Work closely with our estimating, drafting and customer support teams to achieve outstanding outcomes
About you
Proven experience in residential new home sales
Previous experience with knockdown rebuild saleswill be highly regarded
Strong understanding of the marketpreferredExcellent communication, presentation and closing skills
Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display workplace
