Today we supply an ever-expanding Duty-Free range of global branded goods to international airports, airlines, cruise liners and border shops in 100-plus countries.Your new job includesThe Stock Controller will participate in planning formulation in the area of logistics.
The Stock Controller will provide operational and technical support, and assist with the continuous development and improvement on practices, systems and procedures in accordance with company standards and Australian regulations.
You will responsible for (but not limited to):Manage inventory and excess stockReconciliation variance analysis and consolidation of supporting documentation for the development of processes and proceduresCo-ordinate all aspects of warehouse data including cycle counts, stock take, stock transfers and non-conforming damages managementPerform regular inventory audits and analyses, daily spot check and stock inventoryProvide admin support to management team and maintain the inventory records in the systemAssist in store operations and any related ad hoc issuesResponding to all point of contact from stakeholder enquiries regarding arrivals, stock and general logisticsProviding monthly report on stock and distribution performance to Senior Management and production of ad-hoc reports for sales campaign development as requiredDevelop and adjust price settings of inventoryWhat you should bring alongPrevious experience overall inventory movement and stock controlStrong knowledge and experience of IT systems, such as MS Office, SAP, ERP systems and INCOTERMSManaging and building stakeholder relationshipsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detail,
