Reporting to the CMO, you'll play a hands‐on role in bringing the FISHBOWL brand to life as we grow across Australia.
From coordinating brand and product campaigns to supporting in-store activations, you'll help ensure every touchpoint reflects our identity with consistency and impact.
This role is rapid‐paced, detail‐oriented, and perfect for someone who's eager to gain broad marketing experience across a growing, high‐energy brand.You'll be expected to:Support planning and execution of integrated brand and product campaigns across all touchpoints (in-store signage, social media, email, PR, and influencer campaigns), ensuring timely delivery of assets and activations.Get involved in brand activations, new restaurant openings, and events - including travel and on-the-ground work when needed.

and making things - short‐form video, Reels, Stories, the kind of content that feels native to the platform and true to the brandHelp shape FISHBOWL's voice and presence across all social platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and wherever our community lives nextBuild and nurture relationships with influencers & creators, collaborators, and partners who feel genuinely aligned with the FISHBOWL worldMonitor campaign KPIs, compile reports on ROI, and share learnings on optimising results.Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth coordination between Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, and external partnersAssist in managing brand guidelines and ensuring assets and messaging are applied consistently across all channels and marketsTrack invoices, process purchase orders, and assist with budget reconciliation for brand campaigns and activationsOwn project management tools, timelines, and status reports to keep campaigns moving and ensure deadlines are met.
