About the role
We are currently looking for a blender who can undertake production and machine operation activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the achievement of the Company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Production and warehouse duties including forklift operation, filling, mixing, batching, packing, and labelling
Weighing and measuring raw ingredients
Loading mixers and operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Conducting quality checks and completing batch sheets/process orders
Cleaning plant equipment and maintaining site housekeeping
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products using a forklift
Completing production documents, stocktake sheets, delivery dockets, and monitoring logs accurately
Conducting inspections of materials and equipment as required
Following all health, safety, environmental, and company procedures
Reporting hazards, abnormal operating conditions, and providing feedback on issues
Supporting a positive team environment with strong communication and teamwork
Minimum 2 years' experience in production, operations, and equipment maintenance




Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience weighing and mixing raw ingredients
Ability to lift up to *****kg
Robust OH&S; knowledge
Flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required
Clear and effective communication skills and time management skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-based operational environment
Reliable with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
