We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (Clinical Care Manager) to join our clinical leadership team in a Casual or Part-Time capacity.
This is a highly rewarding role designed for an RN who wants to step away from the exhausting 12-hour hospital grinds and step into a supportive, community-based setting where you can truly see the impact of your care.
About the Role:
As our Clinical Care Manager, you will be the clinical cornerstone for our participants and our frontline teams.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Clinical Leadership: Mentoring, guiding, and overseeing our Enrolled Nurses and Disability Support Workers.
Staff Training: Delivering clinical training and ensuring our teams confidently apply our signature "teach-prompt-fade" methodology.
Care Planning & Assessments: Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing high-quality care and support plans.
Direct Nursing Support:



Providing hands‐on clinical supports for participants with high/complex needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaising with allied health professionals, families, and management, alongside completing detailed nursing reports.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you will bring clinical maturity, a calm presence, and a genuine passion for capacity building.
You hold a current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
You have confident, hands‐on experience managing complex clinical needs, specifically seizure management, complex behaviours (PBS alignment is a major plus), and high support needs.
You have a natural ability to educate and empower other staff members.
