VENUE MANAGER - QUEENSLAND MUSEUM KURILPA
Reporting to the General Manager QLD, this handson leadership role is responsible for driving the growth, quality and performance of our F&B; operations while leading an exceptional frontofhouse team.
We're looking for a strong operator with sharp attention to detail, a passion for staff development, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Our venue is fastpaced yearround, particularly during school holidays, so maintaining high standards in service and quality is essential.
The Venue Manager will also step in across barista, cashier and service roles when required.

Maintain relationships with museum stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the contract are meeting KPI's and expectations
Lead, mentor and develop a highperforming frontofhouse team
Foster strong collaboration between kitchen and service teams
Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
Manage P&L; performance including beverage costs, wages and expenses
