About The Role
Join our Lending Support Hub and build your career across the full lending lifecycle, from initial application and credit assessment through to settlement and ongoing client support.
You will work closely with Mortgage Brokers and the wider lending team to structure, package and manage loan applications accurately, efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess client financial documents and loan applications
Prepare servicing assessments and detailed file notes
Research lender products, policies, pricing and credit requirements
Structure and package PAYG and self-employed loan applications
Order valuations and complete lender pricing requests
Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, accountants and valuers
Manage applications from submission through to approval and settlement
Keep brokers informed of file progress and resolve issues proactively
Maintain accurate CRM records, compliance documentation and client files




Assist with post-settlement enquiries, loan variations, pricing reviews and discharge requests
Ensure all activities comply with responsible lending, NCCP, ASIC and privacy obligations
About You
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential
Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management is highly regarded
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in lending, mortgage broking, credit analysis or loan processing
Ability to independently assess, structure and package standard PAYG and self-employed loan applications
Experience working across multiple lenders and aggregator platforms
Strong ApplyOnline experience; Quicklii, BankStatements and MyCRM experience is highly regarded
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
Proactive, professional and eager to develop your lending career
