This will include facilitating all our Supported Playgroups, and school holiday community programs and family events.Provide care and supervision for children in programs,



at our childcare centreMaintain and manage the SECC Community Toy LibraryAssisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activitiesManaging children's behaviour and guiding children's social developmentPreparing and conducting activities for childrenEntertaining children by reading and playing gamesSupervising the daily routine of childrenSupervising the hygiene of childrenAS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL HAVE:Diploma in Early Childhood EducationAt least one year or more work exoerience in the same or similar roleExperience working with children or within a community development roleThe demonstrated ability to network and work cooperatively with other community organisationsA current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)A current First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)Ideally experience and knowledge of community and family services
