You'll lead the installation, operation, and removal of cutting‐edge AV setups and confidently deliver shows of all scales — from intimate corporate functions to large‐scale productions.As a key player in the success of each event, you'll collaborate with clients, venue staff, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, outstanding service, and show‐stopping results.What You'll BringProven experience in audio, lighting, and video system setups for live eventsStrong technical expertise in: Barco PDS and S3 switching systems, Yamaha QL and CL audio consoles,



GrandMA lighting control systems (programming experience highly regarded)Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experienceCamera operation skills (desirable)Familiarity with scenic setups: drapes, stage skirts, truss bordersAbility to lead crews and mentor junior techniciansExcellent client‐facing communication and problem‐solving skillsHigh attention to detail, and calm under pressureA polished, professional presentation with a customer‐first mindsetFlexibility for after‐hours, weekend work, and occasional travelRigger's Ticket (highly desirable)Why Encore?
