Allinto is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to empower people with disability to navigate the NDIS and coordinate supports within the NSW/Wollongong area.
You will work closely with participants, families, carers and service providers to implement plans and build networks that enhance independence and quality of life.You will engage with communities, develop skills for coordinating supports, and respond to client needs, including crises.
