Our busy wholesale bakery is based in Wetherill Park, West of Sydney.
Due to the expansion of our business and strong growth, we are looking for process workers and dough makers to join our team.As the leader in supplying milk buns to Sydney's best restaurants andcafes, we are proud of our products and the dedicated team that makes it all possible.Several permanent shifts are available.
These areMonday to Friday 5pm to 1amMonday to Friday 5.30am to 1.30pmSome overtime and some Saturdays may be required, so flexibility is key.Duties Include (but are not limited to):Weigh, mix, mould,



shape doughOperate industrial proving cabinets and ovensProblem solving of quality and production issues when they ariseCommunicate and report issues with the production and warehouse supervisorMaintain cleanliness of bakery, machinery and equipment according to HACCP guidelinesFollow personal and food hygiene principlesWork in accordance with OHS regulationsOther duties as requiredThese roles are suited to strong communicators who are seeking reliable work in an established business.
