The role includes:
Assessment and therapy for children and young adults with varied communication needs
Feeding and swallowing support where this aligns with the clinician's skills and experience
Individual and group therapy
Collaboration with families, educators and other professionals
Clinical notes, reports and other documentation
Clinic-based, mobile and telehealth services
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a recognised speech pathology qualification
Holds or is eligible for Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Values respectful, strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Communicates well with clients, families and colleagues
Is organised, reliable and open to feedback
Can work independently and seek support when needed
Holds or can obtain a Queensland Blue Card,



NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Check
Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
Has Australian working rights
New graduates and experienced speech pathologists are welcome to apply.
What we offer employees
$82,000-$105,000 plus super, depending on experience
Flexible 3-5 day working arrangements
Structured onboarding, gradual caseload development and new graduate development program
Weekly individual supervision with the Practice Director
Paid planning and documentation time
Administrative and allied health assistant support
Professional development allowance
Up to four paid professional development days per year
Reimbursement for approved work-related kilometres
A well-resourced clinic space
A mix of clinic-based, mobile and telehealth work
Contractor rates and arrangements will be negotiated separately.
Contractors must hold an ABN and appropriate professional and public liability insurance.
