Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide active, person-centred assistance to four adults with disability living in a Supported Independent Living residence in St Kilda.You will work with a set permanent part time roster including sleepover shifts, using behaviour support plans to promote independence, safety and meaningful daily activities, while maintaining thorough records and building strong relationships with clients and their families.
