Hills Dental Design is seeking a professional and welcoming Senior Receptionist to join our team in Pennant Hills, NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our patients.
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice, managing front-desk operations and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.
This role is essential to the smooth running of our dental practice and directly contributes to our patients' experience and satisfaction.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel welcomeManaging appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate appointment records using practice management softwareHandling incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and courtesyProcessing patient registrations and collecting necessary information accuratelyManaging patient invoicing, payments, and processing of insurance claimsMaintaining confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy legislation and practice protocolsCoordinating with dental staff to ensure efficient practice operations and patient flowPerforming general administrative tasks including filing, data entry and correspondenceManaging the reception area to maintain a clean, organised and professional environmentAddressing patient enquiries and concerns with empathy and providing information about dental servicesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare settingExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients,
