THE ROLE
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
Leading by example on the sales floor and helping the team achieve sales targets and KPIs
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding in-store experience
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and store presentation
Executing promotions, displays, sampling activities and social media initiatives
Coaching, motivating and supporting team members through daily leadership
Assisting with inventory management,



stock control and operational processes
Helping create a positive, energetic team culture where everyone can succeed
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, coaching the team, serving customers and ensuring the store operates to Elite's high standards.

We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of retail leadership or sales experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Keyholder experience is highly regarded)
Leads by example and enjoys motivating and developing others
Thrives in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused retail environment
Is driven by achieving sales targets and KPIs
Has excellent communication and organisational skillsTakes pride in maintaining high store standards
Has a genuine passion for health, fitness and supplementation
Is available to work weekends and flexible shifts
